Youhe Daotong Group Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone
On November 7, the investment promotion and project signing ceremony of Kunming Municipal People's Government (Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone) with the theme of "Jointly Building the South Asia and Southeast Asia Radiation Center with the the Belt and Road" was held in Kunming Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center. Yang Fan, General Manager of Youhe Daotong Group's Yunnan Base, represented Youhe Daotong Group in signing a cooperation intention agreement with Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
This meeting was hosted by the Kunming Municipal People's Government and jointly organized by the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Kunming Airport Economic Zone, and Kunming Guandu District. Representatives of 127 key foreign trade enterprises and some resident chambers of commerce in Yunnan Province participated in the meeting. 30 project contracts were signed on site, with a total contract amount of about 35 billion yuan and an import and export trade volume of about 3.5 billion yuan.
Joint promotion of three major regions to assist Yunnan in opening up to the outside world
At the promotion meeting, Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Airport Economic Zone, and Guandu District were jointly promoted. The three regions provided detailed introductions on their respective basic information, investment environment, preferential policies, and other aspects, inviting entrepreneurs to invest and prosper in Kunming.
On May 12th of this year, the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone successfully passed the joint inspection of ten national ministries and commissions, and now fully meets the conditions for customs closure and operation. The purpose of this event is to expand the influence of the Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone, promote the operation of customs closures, and promote investment attraction. The Kunming Comprehensive Bonded Zone will be built as an important economic and trade port for China towards South Asia and Southeast Asia. After the closure and operation of the bonded area, it will become an important platform for the development of export-oriented economy in Yunnan Province and a window for further opening up, improve the level of opening up of Yunnan and Kunming, promote the active integration and service of the national development strategy of the the Belt and Road and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, give play to the role of Kunming as a regional international center city in South Asia and Southeast Asia, and boost the economic development of Kunming.
Join hands with the "the Belt and Road" to jointly build a radiation center in South Asia and Southeast Asia
Since the establishment of the Yunnan base at the end of 2016, Youhe Daotong Group has developed rapidly. Under its umbrella, Youhe Daotong Airlines has officially opened five international freight routes from Yunnan to South Asia and Southeast Asia, including Kunming=Dhaka, Kunming=Delhi, Kunming=Mumbai, Kunming=Madras, and Kunming=Hanoi, with over 40 flights per week. As the strategic fulcrum for the connection and intersection of the "the Belt and Road", Yunnan has the location advantage of radiating South Asia and Southeast Asia, and has huge development potential. This is also highly matched with the development strategy of Youhe Daotong Group's focus on exploring the South and Southeast Asian markets.
